"Philosophy of the Office"

 

In areas of dispute between parties, George makes it a priority to meet the needs of his clients with efficiency and sensitivity. One of the ways he seeks to do this is by encouraging clients to understand the critical importance of working reasonably with opposing parties in negotiating a result that is satisfactory for the client with the purpose of avoiding unnecessary litigation. If, however, a fair negotiated resolution is not possible, George has the experience to aggressively pursue a client’s rights through litigation.

 

In personal matters such as adoption and estate planning and elder care issues, the priority is to be clear and precise not only in discussing fees and costs in advance with the client but also in providing an understandable explanation of the legal services to be performed.

 

In all matters, the practice of the office is to be respectful of the client and to be thankful for the opportunity to be selected to serve that client. George never loses the understanding that he works for the client, not the other way around!

 

THE NEW ASPECT TO THIS PRACTICE IS THE EMPHASIS ON MEETING THE CLIENT IN HIS OR HER OWN HOME - IF THAT IS WHAT WORKS BEST FOR THE CLIENT.

 

"About Linda J. Priestley"

Linda’s very busy life includes her management of the day-to-day operation of the office for the last 31 years.

 

Linda has been married to George since January 1974 and she is the proud mother of Carol, Susan, Emily, Elizabeth, Hannah and Zaria and is the proud grandmother of Jason, Elijah, Cynthia, Isaiah, Benjamin and Vivian.
